Welcome to LumiSk, a product by Allegra System SRL. By using our application, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

IMPORTANT: LumiSk is a general wellness tool designed to help you understand your skin patterns. It is NOT a medical device. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, including acne. Always consult a dermatologist for medical concerns.

1. Services

LumiSk provides on-device AI analysis to track skin wellness. All analysis is performed locally on your device. We do not guarantee specific skin results as biology varies by individual.

2. Subscriptions

LumiSk Premium is offered as an annual subscription at 9.99 €/year. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is our core value. As specified in our Privacy Policy, skin analysis and HealthKit data are processed locally. We do not store your photos or biometric data on any external servers.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.

5. Limitation of Liability

Allegra System SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or for any skin reactions resulting from lifestyle changes inspired by the app’s insights.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania (EU). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest.
